Bio:

Brian Burgess is a 1989 graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia with a Bachelor in Fine Arts degree. After serving several years in the Marine Corps, he became an illustrator and multimedia designer for corporate and government strategic communications. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Fine Art degree in Illustration with the Hartford Art School, Class of 2014.

Brian lives in Fredericksburg, Virginia with his wife, Julia, and two sons, Benjamin and Ethan. When not engaged with an art project, which is more often than not, he likes to play guitar.
