Bio:

Nicholas Mark is a 24 year old Australian with a passion for film and writing.

In July 2012, Nicholas released his first book - an Indonesian children's book entitled 'Petualangan Anak Indonesia', or 'The Indoventurers'. This book book features three fairytale/adventure stories set throughout Indonesia, in the islands of Bali, Sumatra and Java.

There are ancient secrets, mythical creatures, wise fairies, exploding volcanoes, an evil witch, a magical egg, mischievous monkeys...and more!

'Petualangan Anak Indonesia' was illustrated by Bambang Shakuntala, an artist from Yogyakarta in Indonesia, and published by Galang Press Groups. It is currently distributed throughout Indonesia and has received positive press from Indonesian media.

Nicholas is self-distributing the book in Australia, targeting the Indonesian communities and schools which teach Bahasa Indonesia. This book is a great resource for all levels of Bahasa learners, as it engages the student in the wonder and beauty of Indonesian culture and landscapes.

Nicholas is also a co-founder of Heidelberg Media, a small production company which produces small films, corporate videos and music videos.
