Bio:

Dr. Mary Lynn Patton is a licensed psychologist with a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston who comes from a wide background of teaching, counseling, consulting, and international workshops (www.wisewomanretreat.com).
Mary Lynn is bilingual in Spanish and multicultural in life style, living full time in Tepoztlan, Morelos, Mexico. Her book "Sounds of Mexico" is also bilingual and with sounds that inspired the singing of her canary Pavarotti with all of the sounds of Tepoztlan (www.marylynnpattonbooks.com). It was her desire to appeal to the heart of the family adult reader as well as the child listener by inviting each of us to participate in the feelings and memories of the sensory beauty of Mexico through words, colorful illustrations and sounds.
Mary Lynn collaborated with the prize winning Mexican illustrator, Margarita Sada, of Mexico City who produced the charming illustrations.
