Bio:

A unique story about myself is that I birthed two sets of children 25 years apart! I now have grandchildren older than my 7 year old twins and it has been a fun and interesting journey that I would not change a thing about.

I completed my Rn program in 1999 and met my husband shortly after. I have drawn since I was 12 and enjoy watercolors, pen and ink, acrylics and pencils. I like to think of myself as a chameleon, constantly changing with the trends and I totally enjoy challenges and being spontaneous.

Also a nature lover, I spent my childhood running through a forested canopy while chatting with bugs, invisible friends and my ever changing menagerie of household pets.

I love patterns, detailed work, color that speaks and thank my second grade teacher for passing along her beautiful cursive penmanship that has made me feel very special.

I am looking forward to meeting friends and attending the SCBWI conference this year.
