Bio:

Laurel was born in New Jersey and married there but spent most of her time living in other places (Minnesota, New York, Vermont, Ghana.) In 2012, she moved to the edge of Bonn, Germany where she enjoys the organic apples, half-timbered houses and exploring the world of German schools with her daughter and husband. She is currently working on a chapter book set in the year 1000 A.D. about a girl who is disappointed when the world doesn't end.
