Seina Otaru recently moved to California from the east coast. She got her bachelors degree in Computer Engineering. After working in the tech industry for a few years, she went back to school and got her masters in Creative Writing. She lives in Palo Alto, California and can often be found taking advantage of the amazing weather by going hiking or rock climbing with her boyfriend.
