Bio:

Susan Maupin Schmid grew up next to a cemetery and has always been interested in things like history, archaeology, and mummies. She combines a fascination with the past and an excitement about the future in her science fiction and fantasy. Susan’s novel, Lost Time, a mixture of science fiction and mystery, was a finalist for the 2009 Eleanor Cameron Golden Duck Award for excellence in children’s science fiction and is an 2010/2011 Sunshine State Young Reader Award Nominee.
