Bio:

I'm an Indiana writer recently returned from a few years in Ireland.

I mostly write middle-grade fiction, would love to write a picture book but don't think I have the talent. Current WIPs: "Through the Shimmer of Time" and "Mandy McBride."

I was privileged to receive Indiana Arts Commission grants in 2005 and 2007, based on my children's works-in-progress. I've had short stories/articles published in The Friend, Colleges & Careers, Bread for Children, and the Liahona (international).

I'm a long-ago graduate of the Institute of Children's Literature, and have attended many SCBWI conferences and even a Highlights Foundation Workshop. But I still have much to learn!
