Joan York Edwards
Joan Y. Edwards is an author and illustrator of the delightful children's picture book, Flip Flap Floodle. In June 2015, 4RV Publishing will release her second book, Joan's Elder Care Guide. It contains practical hints to empower both the caregiver and the elder.

Edwards is a consultant, motivational speaker and teacher and offers Goal-Setting and Writing workshops for children and adults. She is a member of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI) and Catholic Writers Guild. Her articles have been published in SCBWI-Carolinas Pen & Palette and SCBWI Bulletin.

Her website, http://www.joanyedwards.com has children's devotionals, wordsearch and crossword puzzles for all three liturgical Cycles A, B, and C.

She wrote the devotionals for Growing with the Gospel, K-1 and was editor and consultant for or Growing with the Gospel, K-1, and 2-3, Cycles A, B, and C. published by Liturgical Publications.

Joan loves spending time with her family and friends. She reads books and studies ways to motivate herself and others to improve their writing and their lives. She is inspired by the books, videos, DVDs, and CDs of Robert Schuller, Hale Dwoskin, Bob Proctor, Maxwell Maltz, Joel Osteen, and Tony Robbins.
