Bio:

Amy Meissner shares an art-filled home in Anchorage, Alaska, with her architect husband, two creative children who "just have to put these ideas on paper right this minute!" (especially at bedtime), and an immense Siamese cat who sleeps all day. When she isn't cooking or cleaning or doing the laundry or driving to and from school, Amy paints, sews, writes and tries to figure out what she's going to be when she grows up (hopefully something that doesn't include cooking, cleaning, or laundry).
