Bio:

I am the author of seven published children's books and many of my short stories and poems for both children and adults have appeared in magazines, newspapers and anthologies.

During a long career in journalism I worked for various newspapers and magazines as a reporter, sub-editor and editor.

I run creative writing sessions for adults and also visit schools and libraries to talk to children about what it's like to be a writer and encourage them to explore their own abilities.
