Bio:

Alex A. Cervantes and Esther De Michael Cervantes often write together. We have about 35 stories
in newspapers, magazines, and anthologies. We have 4 books:

We also have a Readers Theatre Play: VOICE IN THE WIND--THE LEGEND OF LA LLORONA (READ MAGAZINE
and reprinted in SIRS CD ROM).
We did an award-winning newspaper
with our students for 10 years. We
taught K-9th grade for many years.
Alex is bilingual and has taught
elementary through high school.
Esther has taught journalism, drama, and dance. We've spoken at
the Alhambra Author's Festival for
the past 7 years and would enjoy speaking to K through high school
students, teachers, parents, and
librarians in Alhambra and San Gabriel.
