Bio:

Dawn Simon is an aspiring young adult and middle grade novelist. She was a finalist in the young adult category of the Pacific Northwest Writers Association Literary Contest in 2011 and 2009. She is a member of SCBWI and PNWA, and she has also been actively involved with Field's End, a local writers' community. She thinks kids are some of the coolest people on the planet, which explains her elementary teaching degree and her undying quest to write for tweens and teens. In addition to writing YA and MG, she loves reading them, and she dreams of seeing her own books published someday. Soon.
