Bio:

Patricia is the SCBWI Assistant Regional Advisor Coordinator and the author of four novels for young readers: My Mom's a Mortician (2004), Funeral Home Evenings (2005), Early Morning Cemetery (2006) and The Final Farewell (2007), all published by Covenant Communications. Her essays have aired on public radio and appeared in Writer's Digest, The Writer, and in the 2001 Writer's Handbook. She has received several awards from the Kentucky Press Association for her work in print journalism.
