Bio:
Jennifer grew up in New York City where she was active in dance and theater as a child. She studied art and design, worked for Andy Warhol at “The Factory,” and became an advertising copywriter, winning many awards. She and her artist husband, designed a sailboat which they sailed from Maine to the Bahamas. They now spend summers aboard, cruising Penobscot Bay and beyond. Jennifer was a long-time contributing writer for Nick Jr. Magazine, and now writes about our amazing universe and the people who explore it. She lives in the rolling hills of Columbia County NY.

~ THE BOY WHO RODE ON A BEAM OF LIGHT: THE STORY OF ALBERT EINSTEIN, illustrated by Vladimir Radunsky, published by Chronicle, will be out in 2012.
~ UNDER BLANKETS OF STARS, is an animal bedtime journey traveling west round the world with the night, discovering animals in the wilds of nature sleeping under the dome of the starry sky. It is written in lyrical, rhyming verse. Published by Sterling, scheduled for 2012.
