Bio:

I am a children's writer. I write both fiction and nonfiction for the younger reader. I've been published in FACES, Stories for Children, and Skipping Stones magazine. I am currently working on several picture books and aspire to break into the book market.

I grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii and now reside in San Francisco. I am an avid runner. I run because there is nothing better than a long run to escape life's problems and to clear my mind so I can create wonderful stories. Most of my ideas transpire on my runs.

Writing and running are my passion. Running satisfies my competitive spirit and my fitness needs. Writing fulfills my creative nature. Together, they feed my soul.
