Bio:

Alice was born and raised in the mountains of western North Carolina where she developed a love of art at a young age. After studying studio art and art history at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill she earned an MFA in illustration at the Savannah College of Art and Design. While studying illustration at Savannah, Alice developed a unique illustration style, fusing multiple techniques to create a fun and fresh approach to the art of paper cutting. Today she works as a freelance illustrator specializing in traditional and digital cut paper collage. Alice is a proud member of SCBWI and The Summer of The Rabbits represents her illustration debut in the picture book industry.
