Bio:

Loreen Leedy has written and illustrated over 40 picture books including Crazy Like a Fox: A Simile Story, Fraction Action, and Measuring Penny. She was inspired to enter children’s publishing because it combines two of her favorite things, art and writing. She enjoys creating books that put information into context to make it more meaningful to young readers. Her Missing Math: A Number Mystery recently won a bronze medal in the Florida Book Awards. She lives in central Florida with her scientist husband, Andrew Schuerger.
