Ms. Garland is the award-winning author of 30 books for children, teens and adults. Several of her books focus on the Vietnamese culture. She also loves to write about American history and Texas history. Her most recent titles are Voices of Pearl Harbor and Voices of the Dust Bowl. She has spoken at hundreds of schools across the USA and traveled three times to Asia to speak at International schools.
