Bio:

I joined SCBWI back in 1989 to learn a few tips about writing for children. I've been learning ever since. Although unpublished, I write for the sheer joy and love of it. At first, I delved into the realm of novels working on a middle grade historical. Two other novels await my attention, both YA. And if that's not enough, I really enjoy writing picture books.

I have served as an Advisory Committee member to SCBWI-MI for several years, and stepped into a co-RA role for SCBWI-MI in June 2012 working alongside Leslie Helakoski.

Craig and I have celebrated 33 years of marriage so far. We have two grown-up daughters. Lindsay is married to Ben, and our grandson is Zachary. Tanya is engaged to Nathan.
