Bio:

A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Claire Ewart's work has been featured on PBS’s READING RAINBOW, and STORYTIME. Her illustrations, shown in museums and galleries, have been included in the Society of Illustrators Show ORIGINAL ART. Ms. Ewart's portfolio has been featured in the 1992 edition of CHILDREN’S WRITER’S & ILLUSTRATOR’S MARKET. Recipient of the Celebrate Literacy Award from the International Reading Association, Ms. Ewart's work has been shared with young readers from Africa to Japan. Internationally known author/illustrator Tomie dePaola has said of her work: “No author could ask for a more talented interpreter.”
