Bio:
Lynelle is a retired elementary teacher who has published twenty-two articles and received eleven awards. She's a life member of the Southeastern Writers Association and holds membership in the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators/Mid South Division, and has completed two courses from the Institute of Children's Literature.
In 2009 she was published by Creative Communications for the Parish for Advent Encounters.
In 2010 she was published by Creative Communications for the Parish for Lenten Encounters
In 2112 she was published by Nurturing Faith for her memoir, Tarnished Haloes, Giving Hearts.
Lynelle is passionate about bringing history to life for middle school children. Her areas of expertise and interests: Battle of Chickamauga (Civil War), Cherokee Removal, and Colonial Georgia.
She also enjoys creating picture books.
Lynelle is a Stephen Minister who delights in helping others live a more abundant life.
She cherishes being with people, international/national travel, reading, photography, water aerobics, and Scrabble.
