Bio:

Frances is the ARA for Australia New Zealand, co-ordinating the New Zealand members.

She has a background as a children's librarian, and after six years working for Richards Literary Agency has now established the Frances Plumpton Literary Agency.

Frances is a trustee of Storylines Children's Literature Charitable Trust of New Zealand and the recipient of their 2006 Betty Gilderdale award for services to children's literature
