Bio:

My goal is to enrich, inspire or spark young readers. I write a variety of picture books, short stories and middle grade fiction. I enjoy writing fast-paced stories with unusual premises and characters.

I was awarded a Letter of Merit for the SCBW&I 2012 Work-In-Process Grant, multi-cultural category for CRUSHING THE RED FLOWERS, a historical fiction novel.
