Bio:

Yolanda Ridge is the author of two middle grade novels. Her debut, Trouble in the Trees (Orca Book Publishers, 2011), is about a feisty 11-year girl who fights a bylaw against tree climbing in her urban townhouse complex. In the stand alone sequel, Road Block (Orca Book Publishers, 2012), the same character fights the development of a highway through her grandmother’s farmland.
