Bio:

Jenni has won several SCBWI Work in Progress awards and grants including the 2012 Most Promising Picture Book Award, the 2010 Barbara Karlin Runner-Up Grant and the 2010 L.A. Writers Day Contest with her lyrical nonfiction picture book manuscript, Starry Kalahari. This manuscript was also nominated for the 2012 Sue Alexander Award. She is represented by Rubin Pfeffer and East West Literary Agency.

She enjoys volunteering at her local elementary school where she coordinates author visits and is a Girl Scout leader of twelve lovely second graders. Jenni lives in Surf City, USA with her husband, three kids and her Schnoodle... who doesn’t surf... yet.
