Random House Dinosaur Travel Guide
Mysteries of the Mummy Kids (D.C.)
Wild Horses (Darby Creek)
Dinosaur Parade (Sterling/Lark)
Saving the Baghdad Zoo (HarperCollins/Greenwillow, 2010)
In Search of Sasquatch (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, 2011)
Alien Investigation (Millbrook, 2012)
Tiger in Trouble (National Geographic, 2012)
Courageous Canine (National Geographic, 2013)
Ghosts (Millbrook, 2014)
Add a dash of YA fiction:
Girl Meets Boy: A He Said/She Said Anthology
(Chronicle, 2012)
Ripperology (Chronicle, Oct 2013)
I love what I do, including dozens and dozens of school visits and conference presentations through-out the school year. I did 44 last school year, 75 this school year. It's on of the joys of my life.
When I'm not writing, I'm helping my very good friend, novelist Chris Crutcher keep his professional life and calendar straight. Hey, someone has to do it. : ) I'm glad it's me.
I helped create the SCBWI regional group here in Eastern Washington-Northern Idaho several years ago, before my writing schedule made it impossible to manage. It's in RA Deby Fredericks' very capable hands now.
My girls are grown now -- 20 and 27 -- and both are writing books of their own. The weirdness lives on. : )
