Jessixa Bagley is a Seattle based artist focusing in fine art, comics, and illustration. She graduated from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, WA with a BFA in painting and printmaking in 2004. Her work has been in publications such as The Chicago Reader, The Comics Journal, The Seattle Weekly and Nickelodeon Magazine.
Jessixa is also known for her fine art drawings which are often a mixture of her love of formal and informal elements. In 2007 she was a featured artist for New American Paintings Magazine Vol. 73. Jessixa is also a recipient of a 2009 Gap Grant Award from Seattle arts organization Artist Trust for her fine art drawings. She works and lives in Seattle, WA with her husband.
