Bio:

I am a college senior, studying Elementary Education, and I would like someday to be a literacy specialist. I've started my first middle grade book, a historical fiction narrative based on my mother's experiences in a summer sleepaway camp when she was in middle school in the early 1960s. I am still doing my background research in this time period, and I am trying to learn as much as I can about the world of children's writing and publishing!
