Bio:

My publishing career was launched when I studied writing at UCLA with Sue Alexander and with Eve Bunting. My co-author, Stephanie Gordon, and I met in Eve's class. Sue introduced me to SCBW (pre I).
My first publications came as result of the Marketing News in the "Bulletin."
I've been involved in everything SCBWI from selling books to serving as a co-RA to being an assistant RA chairperson to my current position as a member of the International Board.
Three years ago my husband and I moved North to delight in being grandparents. Though some things change, others remain the same. Stephanie and I still co-author books, run our Writers Ink Critique Service, and are active in SCBWI.
And now I'm making cyber friends. How cool is that?
