Bio:

Andrea (Andi) Renner Ipaktchi
is an American artist and cartoonist. She grew up in Fairfield County, Connecticut and up and down the East Coast. Her earliest cartoons appeared in Asahi Shimbun, a Japanese language newspaper.

Her cartoon strip about an American expat living in Europe is called April in Paris and was published for monthly for two years in The Paris Times.

In 2007, The Paris Opera Ballet’s association commissioned her to create a pop-up invitation for the Gala production of The Nutcracker. She publishes her illustrations and animations in the UK, USA and France and also enjoys portrait commissions.

She has done many drawings and animations for educational multimedia projects.

She resides in France with her husband and their two sons.
