Bio:

I'm a former English teacher (high school/college lecturer) originally from Hawai'i, currently living in Virginia.

My three published picture books are DUMPLING SOUP (Megan Tingley Books), TRUMAN'S AUNT FARM (Houghton Mifflin), and THE WOMAN IN THE MOON (Little, Brown). I've also published short fiction and nonfiction in publications such as Highlights, Crayola Kids, Humpty Dumpty, Cobblestone, Country Living, Country Home, Aloha, and Teddy Bears and Friends.
