charter member, Houston/SCBWI!With a journalism/PR background, my published work includes school soft covers/CDROM for a national children's literacy program for the very young. After an Editor's Day sbumission of a picture book(The Boy in the Baobab Tree--an African Trilogy)contract came from major NF house for 2 books (Pets & Food) for new series preK-2nd grade A+ readers. After husband's stroke & sabbatical, I continued writing: preschool/picture/early reader/chapter books.NOW MARKETING my just completed WHATZA WART?, MG/TEEN NOVEL,family saga about Willie, 6th grader, Crystal and brother Ryan who leads him into a dangerous terrain.
