Bio:

I wasn’t born in Texas, but I got here as fast as I could. Moving was a regular event during my childhood, while my father explored for oil, but I have put down roots over the 20+ years I have lived in College Station.

A copy-editor by nature and a journalist by training, I have written or edited material for newspapers, magazines, university catalogs and church newsletters. I appreciate the support and encouragement of SCBWI--especially my friends in the Brazos Valley--as I continue to write, polish and submit in the children's market.
