Barbara Seuling

Barbara Seuling is the author or illustrator of over 50 books for children, from picture books to middle-grade novels, and wrote the reference book How to Write a Children's Book and Get it Published. Before writing full time Seuling enjoyed a career as a children's book editor at Dell Publishing, where she helped launch the Yearling and Delacorte imprints, and later at J.P. Lippincott & Co. Seuling has a regular column in the magazine Once Upon a Time and is the founder and head of "The Manuscript Workshop" in New York and Vermont. www.barbaraseuling.com
