Important Date Reminders for Google Settlement -

Distribution of the Supplemental Notice in the Google Book Search Settlement is now taking place. It summarizes the principal changes from the Original Settlement to the Amended Settlement. You may read all of the details at www.googlebooksettlement.com.
A final hearing will be held on February 18, 2010.
If you have already opted out of the original settlement and wish to remain opted out, you do not have to opt out again. If you would like to now opt out, you must file your opt out form by January 28, 2010. If you opted out of the original settlement and want to opt back in, your opt back in form must be submitted online or postmarked before January 28, 2010.
