SCBWI-Bologna 2012
Bologna Children's Book Fair is held annually. Every two years the SCBWI is present at the Bologna Children's Book Fair. At this gathering the SCBWI holds a number of events including a symposium, showcase for authors and illustrators, manuscript consultations and illustration portfolio reviews.
The SCBWI Bologna Symposium is a professional conference for writers and illustrators of children's literature. It is held in conjunction with the Bologna Book Fair in Bologna, Italy.
The SCBWI Showcase provides an international stage for SCBWI PAL members to showcase their work at the Bologna Book Fair.
The SCBWI Illustration Display Portfolio is where members' work is displayed. It is available for browsing by visitors including publishers and agents. A mini portfolio handout will be available to showcase visitors including a thumbnail and artists' contact information. You can view an online version of the Illustration Display Portfolio.
