General Information

The Iowa Region hosts two programs a year with fly-in and drive-in speakers including art directors, authors, editors, literary agents, top artists,and other industry professionals. Locations are rotated in cities on the east and west side of the state, and occasionally central and north, depending on the annual programming.
          Network chairs in cities with strong membership host low-cost, no cost events for education, networking and socialization. Current networks include Ames, Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Iowa City, Quad-Cities, and Northwest Iowa.
          The Speakers Bureau is on our website and members interested in speaking events are featured for a nominal fee. The Iowa Region prides itself in high quality programming and conferences with one-on-one critiques with our experts, and draws attendance throughout the United States.
