Registration is now open for the SCBWI Arkansas Spring Conference 2011, April 29-30 at the William F. Laman Public Library in North Little Rock, Ark. Speakers include Andrew Harwell of Dial (formerly of Dutton), Katherine Jacobs of Roaring Brook and author Carla McClafferty.
