LOCATION/TIME: The Library Room at McMenamin's Kennedy School, 5736 NE 33rd Ave., Portland, OR 97211 / 7-9 p.m.
September 28th, 7-9:00 p.m.
We'll provide a soup and salad bar, which includes two kinds of soup and three different salads, rolls and crackers, coffee and tea and bottled water. Cookies and brownies for dessert. There will be a no host bar for those who wish to buy an alcoholic beverage. We'll start the evening off with eating and schmoozing—they have comfy chairs.
Part two will be a brainstorming session about future events for illustrators in our region. If you wish to have a voice in future plans, you need to come! *
For part three we'll have portfolio reviews. There's a large table for portfolio presentations. Everyone will be provided with different colored sticky notes and pick the strongest piece in each portfolio, then we'll discuss why each chose a piece.
Limited to 15 people. Invites were sent to our illustrator members with registration info.
