The Book Fan Schmooze for adults is at 6:30 at the Cedar Hills McMenamins, 2927 Cedar Hills Blvd, Beaverton. These Schmoozes follow the Book Fan Friday Youth Outreach events at the Cedar Hills Crossing Powells.

→Kid Lit Drink Night Schmooze
Where: Hale Pele Tiki Bar, 2733 NE Broadway
Come enjoy a not-so-average tiki drink with your local Portland kid lit writers, illustrators, and other kid lit enthusiasts at Hale Pele Tiki Bar in Northeast Portland. It'll start at 5 p.m. for those who want to come early, and we'll go until 8 p.m. for those who want to come late. The back room of the bar is all ours, so be prepared to get your eat and your drink on with Portland's best purveyors of fine children's literature--and come with an appetite for all those Hawai'ian delights.

Friendship, support, information, inspiration…Whether you’ve never written or illustrated a story or have been published several times, you’ll find something to gain by attending the Clark County SCBWI Schmooze.
The aim of our schmooze is to be a forum for sharing and learning, a source of inspiration throughout the year. Come and bring a friend with you!
