The Secret Lives of Children's Authors in which she discusses the raw power of dreams; how one rejection letter helped her win the Newbery Honor; things that helped her get published; and what she does not to improve her craft.

Gennifer Choldenko's first novel, Notes From a Liar and Her Dog, was a School Library Journal Best Book of the Year and a California Book Award winner.
