Lisa Fox, Illustrator author of over 25 books, will lead a hands on masterclass on developing and using a working dummy and printing out and book binding a professional book dummy for submission to agents and art directors.Using your own story ideas and rough book dummies, Lisa will show the importance of a working
dummy in mapping out the picture book structure and integrating important visual storytelling elements as well as visual flow and composition. From the working dummy to the professional looking dummy that you can use to pitch your picture book. The second half of the workshop will cover book binding techniques. A materials list will be sent upon booking.
