FACULTY

Neni Sta. Romana-Cruz
is a children’s book writer, freelance journalist, educator, and book reviewer. Her books include Why the Piña Has a Hundred Eyes, The Warrior Dance, Gabriela Silang, Don’t Take a Bath on a Friday, You Know You’re a Filipino If, Ngalang Pinoy, and Tales from EDSA.

Beaulah Pedregosa Taguiwalo is a children’s book illustrator, book designer, and small independent publisher. Her books include Sampaguita by Ma. Elena Paterno, Junior Starfish and the Rainbow by Alfred and Mirava Yuson, Some Women by Bunny Ty, and six Philippine language versions of Alice McLerran’s The Mountain That Loved A Bird.

Pre-paid registration required. Fee is P300 until September 5, P350 until September 15. P50 discount for SCBWI members. Age requirement - 18 years old, no upper limit. The Fee is transferrable but not refundable. Lunch is included. Sign up now, registration will close when all slots are filled.
