Main arterials in Spokane are wet with slush in places. I-90 has two lanes completely clear of snow and ice. Side streets in Spokane have mostly been plowed, but may be icy.
If the parking lot at St. John's is full--take a right and there is another plowed parking lot at the end of the block. Wear your boots, it's a slushy walk back to the church.
