Funding is available to a racial minority writer or illustrator in the Inland Northwest region* for attendance at our annual regional conference in Spokane, September 29, 2012. Application deadline September 20, 2012.

Application does not guarantee aid or admission to the conference and does not include payment for manuscript or illustration critiques. The scholarship is offered to a regional resident and U.S. citizen only and acceptance is at the sole discretion of the Regional Adviser.
