The Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators is extremely proud to unveil its brand new, upgraded website.
“We’re very excited and feel confident that the new website is a major leap forward in terms of content, services, and interactivity, providing all SCBWI members with brand new and innovative opportunities to sell, market, improve, and promote their work,” said President Stephen Mooser and Executive Director Lin Oliver.
The new website offers exciting and user-friendly features to enhance the experience of every SCBWI member and provides ample opportunities to promote members’ work including:
The all new online bookstore lets SCBWI members post their books for sale, including synopses, book trailers, and reviews. The bookstore will be linked directly for sales to Indie Bound, Barnes and Noble, Amazon, or the member’s website.
The redesigned Illustrators’ Gallery now makes it easier than ever for illustrators to post and tag images with keywords, genres, styles, and more. Find an illustrator or call attention to your illustrations with our new user-friendly gallery.
All SCBWI members can list their blog in our extensive blog roll and each month ten blogs will be selected and featured on the SCBWI homepage.
With the new Speakers Bureau, every SCBWI member can post speaking information and have teachers, librarians, and organizations contact them for speaking engagements.
