Here's a new game--The Person Below Me
« on: October 04, 2007, 09:06 AM »
This is something I gacked from John and Hank Green's My Pants forum:

Basically you predict something about the person below you.  Of course, you have no idea who will play next.  So they agree or correct you, then make their own prediction.

Here we go:

The person below me (or TPBM) has already written today.
PIGLOO (Henry Holt, 2016)
VAMPIRINA BALLERINA HOSTS A SLEEPOVER (Disney-Hyperion, 2013)
VAMPIRINA BALLERINA (Disney-Hyperion, 2012)
among others

You got it AM.

The person below me will be a female, and as such will not find my acerbic wit funny, nor appreciate my sophomoric antics.

I don't know who "The Brad" is? Brad Pitt? What relations with women?

I predict the person below me is craving chocolate.

(just butting in--The Brad is the guy who posted right above me before).

BTW--I am TOTALLY craving chocolate.

I predict the person below me will make someone laugh hard enough to snort.

I might be able to make you laugh...depending on whether you like scatalogical humor or not. That's poo humor...I had to look it up.

I predict the person below me has already changed a poopy diaper, would desperately like to brush her teeth before noon, and she has made two kinds of lunch for her children who will not eat it.

Steph is surfing - bad girl

No I haven't changed poopy diapers and have brushed my teeth before noon and haven't fixed any lunches for anyone since my kids eat lunch at school and I don't have to worry about that (both are teenagers now so their tastes are different and I don't keep lunch fixings here because there is no one home but me.

I predict the person below me will receive a letter of rejection today.

Thanks a lot, Elysabeth!  And you're probably right.

I predict the person below me throws her rejections out and moves on....until she receives that acceptance.  And today is no exception!

I think I was supposed to be under Steph! I have changed 2 poopy diapers....Fixed three different lunches and desperately want to get in and brush my teeth though its after noon!

I Do save rejections....And am ooooooooh so slow at  moving on...I'm working on it.

I predict the person below me hasn't written a word today and has a rather messy house. :n

Guilty on both counts.  I'm about to rectify one of those--the heck with the house.

I predict the person below me will behold all the foregoing procrastination and act accordingly.

I've actually written today (so much for procrastination) but am going to go clean my kitchen before my daughter's friends come over for a snack after school.

I predict that the person after me will consider housecleaning their "daily workout".

Geez, I was hoping to grab Juliarts prediction!  If "the Brad" is older than 18, than you're right, I'm less than 14 years older than you--but there are occasions when root beer is just plain good.

The person below me is currently reading an excellent book and will share the title with me, so I can start reading a suberb book, too.

I could definitely go for a Big Mac without cheese.

The person below me keeps getting frustrated, because when they finally think of the right thing to write, someone's beaten them to the response.

A break in the chain...I know.  But Elysabeth predicted right...not only did I receive a rejection today, I received two.

I'm going to go  :hug1: myself now and wait for a prediction with a little more  :clover.
