I had one for lunch.

TPBM will go to a homecoming football game tonight and watch her beloved offspring play in the marching band, wishing the fans in the stands could be quiet for once while the band plays on.

Not tonight -- but I will see the Marching Band at Giant's Stadium tomorrow in the first competition of the year.

Tonight, the person below me will dream up a Newbery-winning plot.

I'll take it.  I'd like to go sky diving or zip lining across a gorge in the Mayan Riviera, please.

TPBM has made an entire meal of cheese balls...on more than one occasion.

Darn it, always a post late and a cheeseball short.

But does that mean I get punished with grapefruit for breakfast? No way, not with Frosted Flakes and gourmet coffee beans in the house.

TPBM got sidetracked surfing the net again and now feels guilty for his/her lack of progress today.

I have to reread Fathers and Sons this weekend (Turgenev), and yes, it's a good book, and yes, my child will try to distract me.

TPBM is a Red Sox fan.

PRetty close - we'll say 5:45. But of course, instead of writing I looked at the Board! I guess this post counts as writing.

TPBM will have a lovely Saturday - including 1000 words written and doing something fun away from the computer.

Then I will be back to finish writing...if I can stay away from the Blue Boards...grin...

TPBM is going to get a letter/call/email from a publisher/agent today and it will be Wonderful news!!!

Well, wouldn't that be nice?  I'll take it.  (Um. . . but when is it coming?  I'm hungry.)

The person below me will taste something today that will bring back such a strong memory that he/she has to write about it.

Interesting prediction!  I in fact I had a the most gorgeous strawberry that reminded me of a time that I don't think will be suitable for my MG ... maybe I'll save it in case I move into the Chick Lit genre

How did you guess on the laundry front? Sunday is laundry day, but Dear Hubby is leaving for a business trip Sunday, so I have to wash his clothes today.

TPBM will hear from an old friend/relative they haven't heard from in a long time.

I'm at a conference with dozens of old friends I haven't seen in a long time!

The person below me is having trouble sleeping because an amazing story idea hit them in the middle of the night.

I'm not sure if it was an amazing story idea, but my characters kept me up last night until 2 in the morning.

I know it isn't fair to claim another one so soon -- but I need this one, folks!

I predict that the person below me will find something that she thought she had lost forever.

I think that one's definitely mine. I'm going over to see my best friend from the second grade who still lives near enough to me to visit regularly, even though we grew up a thousand miles from here (DC)

TPBM will get advice from a writing friend that will give them an amazing new insight into their main character.

Every time my hubby has time to cook, we end up with something new and (mostly) wonderful. It's great having a chef in the family.

TPBM will be able to kick back and relax today without guilt.

I have not done any writing like I wanted to, but I've read a good book and I've made a list of all the Blue Boaders books, so I don't feel that guilty about not writing... :eh:

TPBM will eat chocolate ice cream tonight

There is still time for me to eat ice cream, so I'll just take it as a suggesstion.

TPBM will take a nap because it is sorely needed.
