I have only just discovered the International Children's Digital Library, a library for the world's children. It reminded me of posts by some blue boarders, who are based in distant lands and missing easy access to children's books in English. This could be just what the doctor ordered! It also seems great for people missing access to stories from their native countries.

I hope it is the answer to your wishes. : )
